We take responsibility for your personal data very seriously, and have the following policies in place to keep your personal data safe and private:

We will not distribute your personal information to any thrid parties without your explicit permission, and we will never do this for commercial or marketing purposes. If (and only if) you give your consent on the My Settings page, we may pass on some of your contact details to official organisations related to the sport of squash, for example England Squash and Surrey Squash, for sport-related purposes only.
We will only keep information about you which is relevant to your membership, and this information will be easily accessible by you at all times. All personal information that we store related to you can be viewed and updated on the My Settings page.
Your personal information will be stored securely and will not be visible to the general public, and will only be visible to other members of the club with your explicit consent. The contact list for club members is only visible to other members who are securely logged in to this website, and your name and details will only appear on it if you have explicitly given your permission.
We will not keep any personal information for longer than necessary. If you leave the club, your contact details and other personal information will be deleted from our database. Only your surname and first initial will appear in the historical record of any club competitions you have played in.
